Module 10: Ecology Part 2

The parts of the Caterpillar???????????????????????????????

This week you should have received your 4-H newsletter in the mail.  Mr. Wilson and I hope that you will read it carefully and learn of the many exciting opportunities there are for you as a member of the 4-H Club, the Caterpillars!  Last year our family participated in “Day at the Capitol,” in Tallahassee.  This year it will be held on March 9 and I highly recommend it to each of you.

January 30, 2014 PowerPoint Honors Biology Module 10 Ecology Part 2

For an ecosystem’s health and survival, there is a delicate balance that needs to be maintained of its physical environment.  There are many complex elements that make up their physical environments and in our study we concentrated on water, oxygen, carbon and nitrogen. Even though we were able to study each of these element’s cycles individually, we learned that they are interdependent upon one another.   By looking at these substances and how they are distributed in an ecosystem, you will get an idea of how incredibly complex and wonderful God’s creation is.
